Refund policy

30-day returns

Not quite right? You can return any unused item in its original condition and packaging within 30 days of delivery for a full refund of the item price.

How to start a return

Email studiosolesocks@gmail.com with your order number and the item(s) you'd like to return. We'll reply with the return address and instructions. Please don't send items back without contacting us first, as we can't process returns sent to the wrong address.

Refunds

Once we receive and check your return, we'll refund you to your original payment method within 5-10 business days. We'll email you when your refund has been issued.

Damaged, faulty or wrong items

If your order arrives damaged or faulty, or you received the wrong item, email us within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a photo. We'll send a replacement or give you a full refund, whichever you prefer, at no cost to you.

Return shipping

For change-of-mind returns, return shipping is paid by the customer and original shipping charges aren't refundable. We cover all costs for damaged, faulty or wrong items.

This policy doesn't affect any rights you have under applicable consumer law.
